All NISO ceramic pieces are handcrafted.

As a result, no two handmade pieces will be exactly identical. Minor variations in:

  • glaze
  • texture
  • brushwork
  • artwork
  • finish

may occur from one piece to another or between different batches.

These variations are part of the character of handmade ceramics and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Product photographs on our website are intended to represent the product as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device and lighting conditions.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, photographs, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.

However, minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

If we are unable to fulfil an order after payment has been received, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund where applicable.

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Shipping charges are additional and are calculated according to our Shipping Policy.
