  • For exceptionally large, heavy or fragile pieces, additional shipping charges may apply. In such cases, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the additional shipping cost.

Packaging & Dispatch

  • All NISO pottery is carefully packed using recyclable packaging materials, in keeping with our commitment to more sustainable practices.
  • Pottery orders are shipped within 10 days of order confirmation.

Shipping for Pottery & Prints

  • Pottery and Prints are shipped separately and are subject to different shipping charges. They cannot be combined in a single shipment.

Delivery & Tracking

  • To ensure timely delivery, please provide your complete and accurate shipping address, postcode and an active Indian mobile number.
  • All pottery orders are shipped through Delhivery. Once your order is picked up from our studio, we will share the tracking number with you, which you can use to track the status of your shipment.
  • Please note that an OTP may be required at the time of delivery.
